The name
Why Arataki
Arataki comes from the Māori language of New Zealand and means "to guide,"
"to lead," or "to show the way." It's a name that reflects the role we play
with our clients
The highest performing organizations know where they want to go. But the path
forward to create an organization that stands the test of time isn't always obvious.
Arataki works alongside leadership teams to clarify direction
and drive through implementation
The name carries a personal connection as well. Time spent in New Zealand
left a lasting impression: a sense of global openness, deep connection to
nature, and cultural values around leadership, stewardship, and community.
The idea of guiding others forward in a grounded, honest way is how
operational advisory should work
